Position: Internal Auditor / Concurrent Auditor - Automobile Dealership

We are looking for a highly observant and responsible Internal / Concurrent Auditor who can closely monitor day-to-day operations across our automobile dealerships at Kaithal / Jind. The role requires continuous supervision of operational, financial, and customer-handling processes to ensure transparency, efficiency, and adherence to management guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct real-time (concurrent) auditing of dealership operations.
- Monitor all departments including Sales, Service, Bodyshop, Insurance, and Customer Care.
- Observe staff working patterns - attendance, productivity, time utilisation, and work discipline.
- Evaluate how customers are handled at every stage (walk-ins, phone calls, service customers, insurance customers).
- Identify any revenue leakage, lead leakage, financial irregularities, or pocketing of company funds.




- Check whether management/company-defined processes and parameters are being properly followed.
- Study staff behaviour, customer satisfaction levels, and overall workflow efficiency.
- Prepare regular reports highlighting operational gaps, performance issues, and improvement areas.
- Ensure ethical conduct and professionalism across all departments.
- Robust observation and analytical skills.
- Experience in internal audit / operations audit / dealership audit preferred.
- Ability to work independently and monitor activities in detail.
- Honest, disciplined, and result-oriented personality.
- Comfortable working across multiple departments and reporting directly to management.

Pay: ₹10,769.25 - ₹56,677.08 per month
