Summary
We are seeking an experienced Operations Specialist to support the operational and technical needs of a design and content-publishing team.

This role focuses on platform administration, access and permissions management, reporting, stakeholder support, user training and proactive site maintenance across an internal SharePoint environment and an email-publishing platform. Although the position sits within a design team, it involves limited traditional design work.

The successful candidate will combine platform-support expertise with solid project coordination, troubleshooting and stakeholder-management skills. They will act as a key point of contact for partners across India and the broader Asia-Pacific region. Full training on the organisation’s internal tools and processes will be provided.

Responsibilities
• Administer user access to internal applications through established security groups.
• Manage permissions for SharePoint sites, platform groups and related internal tools.
• Generate on-demand reports covering page, file and site usage or performance.




• Analyse platform data and communicate relevant findings to stakeholders.
• Provide first-line troubleshooting for SharePoint and email-publishing platforms.
• Diagnose platform issues and escalate complex incidents to the appropriate technical or support teams.
• Act as a primary support contact for stakeholders and delivery partners across India and the Asia-Pacific region.
• Assist users with platform access, publishing, training and troubleshooting requests.
• Monitor shared support and request inboxes and route enquiries to the appropriate individuals, help desks or internal support teams.
• Train and onboard associates in the use of internal tools, with particular emphasis on SharePoint content publishing and email-publishing processes.
• Develop users’ confidence in platform functionality, processes and publishing standards.
