ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a hands-on E-commerce Ads Specialist to own and grow our presence on Amazon and Flipkart. You'll be responsible for running high-performance ad campaigns, optimizing product listings, and driving measurable revenue from these marketplaces. This role sits within our marketing team and reports to the Head of Digital Marketing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketplace Advertising

Plan, launch, and manage Sponsored Ads campaigns on Amazon (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) and Flipkart Ads (PLA, PCA, Brand Ads).
Monitor campaign performance daily like optimizing bids, budgets, keywords, and targeting to hit ACOS/ROAS targets.
Conduct keyword research, competitor ad analysis,



and search-term mining to identify recent opportunities.
Run A/B tests on ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies; document learnings.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and action items.

Catalog & Listing Optimization

Create and maintain high-quality product listings -titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend search terms following each platform's SEO best practices.
Build and update A+ Content / Enhanced Brand Content on Amazon and Flipkart Product Story pages.
Coordinate with the creative team for listing images, infographics, and video content that meet marketplace guidelines.
Monitor and respond to customer reviews and Q&A; sections to improve conversion rates.
Track catalog health metrics (suppressed listings, policy violations, stock sync) and resolve issues proactively.
