The Colleague Services (CS) organization within the Colleague Experience Group (CEG - also known as Human Resources) at American Express plays a critical role in providing the outstanding services, capabilities, data, and insights that enable a great colleague experience. We build, run,



and evolve the incredible platforms, products and services that enable colleagues to do their best work every single day.

This role will report to the Manager of Digital Product Solution Design within CS. As part of this team, you will manage BI report, ORC Offer Letter Templates, OTBI’s and dashboard building in Oracle HCM Cloud. You will partner with HR operations, product, and Technology engineering to unlock the full potential of our HR systems.

Job responsibilities include:
- Developing BI reports, dashboards, ORC Offer Letters, Complex RTF templates, HCM Extracts and Fast formulas using Oracle HCM Cloud reporting tools and technologies for Oracle Learn and Oracle Recruiting Cloud modules.
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Oracle HCM Cloud report, dashboard & RFT’s.
- Staying up to date with the latest Oracle HCM Cloud releases, updates, and features.
