About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Appointment Setter / Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team on a full-time remote basis.
The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of hands-on experience in B2B sales, outbound prospecting, appointment setting, or business development and be confident in initiating conversations with potential clients, identifying their needs, qualifying prospects, and booking sales meetings.
This role is ideal for someone who understands that successful appointment setting is not about simply sending messages or making calls — it is about starting relevant conversations with the right prospects and converting those conversations into qualified opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound prospecting through LinkedIn, email, phone calls, and other relevant channels.
Research target companies, industries, and decision-makers to identify potential prospects.
Build and maintain targeted prospect lists.




Initiate conversations with prospects using personalized and relevant messaging.
Follow up consistently with prospects across multiple touchpoints.
Understand prospect requirements, challenges, and business needs.
Qualify prospects based on defined criteria such as need, authority, budget, and potential fit.
Schedule qualified appointments and discovery calls for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions, follow-ups, and meeting outcomes.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified opportunities.
Track outreach and appointment-setting performance.
Continuously test and improve messaging, prospecting strategies, and follow-up approaches.
Meet agreed activity and performance targets.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in appointment setting, SDR, B2B sales, inside sales, business development, or outbound sales.
