Point To Point Consultants is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Architectural Draftsman to join our team in Borivali West, Mumbai.
We are looking for candidates with 2–3 years of relevant experience, particularly those who have hands-on experience with architectural working drawings and high-rise building projects in Mumbai and its suburbs.
? Key Responsibilities
• Prepare detailed architectural working drawings
• Prepare Plans, Sections, Elevations & Centre Line drawings
• Coordinate with various consultants involved in the project
• Coordinate architectural drawings with MEP and RCC/Structural drawings
• Support the team during site execution
• Prepare presentation drawings and architectural layouts
• Incorporate design changes and revisions
• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants and project teams
• Maintain drawing accuracy and proper documentation
• Assist in resolving drawing and coordination issues during project execution
? Requirements




✅ 2–3 years of relevant experience as an Architectural Draftsman
✅ Strong knowledge of architectural working drawings
✅ Good understanding of Plans, Sections, Elevations and Centre Line drawings
✅ Understanding of MEP & RCC drawings
✅ Practical understanding of site execution
✅ Experience preparing presentation drawings
✅ Good coordination and communication skills
✅ Solid attention to detail
✅ Experience with high-rise building projects in Mumbai & Mumbai suburbs will be preferred
