Role Description This full time, on-site General Physician role is based at the NURA center in Gurugram. The General Physician will conduct comprehensive clinical evaluations of individuals undergoing preventive health screenings, including detailed history-taking, physical examinations, and interpretation of diagnostic and AI-enabled imaging reports. The role includes explaining screening results,



counseling clients on risk factors and lifestyle modifications, and recommending appropriate follow-up investigations or referrals. The physician will collaborate closely with nursing and technical staff to ensure smooth screening workflows, maintain accurate medical records, and uphold NURA’s clinical quality and safety standards. Additional responsibilities include participating in clinical protocols, contributing to health education initiatives, and supporting continuous improvement of screening practices.
Qualifications

Strong clinical expertise in Medicine and Primary Care, with the ability to manage a broad range of health conditions identified through screening.
Background in Family Medicine and experience in preventive healthcare or wellness programs.
Ability to collaborate effectively with Nursing teams and multidisciplinary staff in a screening center environment.
Experience in Training, including mentoring junior clinicians
