Role Description This is a full time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Bengaluru, with a compensation of up to 5 LPA. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate and qualify leads,



and build a robust sales pipeline for the company’s proptech and allied services. The role involves meeting prospective clients, presenting solutions tailored to their needs, conducting negotiations, and closing deals while maintaining strong, long-term relationships. The individual will collaborate with internal teams to align proposals with business objectives, track sales performance, and provide market feedback to support product and strategy improvements. Regular reporting, CRM management, and participation in business events or client meetings will be part of the day-to-day responsibilities.
