Job Brief:- AU Small Finance Bank Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to manage and grow relationships with emerging corporate clients. This role is pivotal in driving the bank's growth in the corporate segment by identifying current business opportunities, delivering tailored financial solutions, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the financial services industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments to meet client needs and achieve business targets. Responsibilities:-

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with emerging corporate clients to understand their financial needs and business objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the emerging corporate segment to achieve sales targets and expand the bank's market share.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis and risk assessment to recommend appropriate banking products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams including credit, operations, and product specialists to deliver customized financial solutions.




- Monitor client portfolios regularly to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
- Prepare and present detailed proposals and presentations to clients, highlighting the bank’s value proposition and product offerings.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to provide informed advice to clients.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies while managing client relationships and transactions.
- Provide timely resolution of client queries and issues to maintain high levels of client retention and trust.
- Report on sales performance, client feedback, and market intelligence to senior management for strategic decision-making.
