- Relationship Manager – Debt Collections

- International / Middle East Collection Process

- VirtualTeam Finserv Private Limited is hiring experienced Debt Collection / Recovery professionals for its International Collection Process in Delhi.

- Handle debt collection, recovery, and receivables activities for the Middle East process.

- Communicate with customers regarding outstanding payments and recovery requirements.

- Negotiate with customers and work towards successful payment resolution.

- Achieve assigned monthly collection and recovery targets.

- Maintain professional customer relationships throughout the collection process.

- International experience is not mandatory. Candidates with relevant domestic collection experience can also apply.

Key Responsibilities

Debt Collection & Recovery:

- Follow up with customers regarding outstanding and overdue payments.

- Handle collection and recovery activities as per assigned portfolios.

- Negotiate payment arrangements with customers professionally.

- Ensure timely recovery and closure of outstanding accounts.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.

- Monitor performance against monthly collection and recovery targets.

Customer Handling

- Communicate with customers in English regarding payment and recovery matters.

- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.





- Use solid negotiation and customer-handling skills to achieve recovery objectives.

- Maintain a professional approach during all customer interactions.

Candidate Requirements

- Experience in Debt Collection / Recovery / Receivables.

- Good English communication skills.

- Strong negotiation and customer-handling skills.

- Comfortable working on monthly collection and recovery targets.

- Experience in domestic or international collections is acceptable.

- Experience in Banking / NBFC / Credit Card / Personal Loan collections will be an advantage.

- Candidates with experience in Fintech, Telecom, or Recovery Agencies can also apply.

- UAE / Middle East collection experience is preferred but not compulsory.

- Must be willing to relocate to Delhi and work from office.
