- Relationship Manager / Senior Relationship Manager

- Drive sales individually for the company through the Direct Sales Channel.

- Meet prospective customers at their offices and company branches to understand their requirements.

- Promote suitable company products and services based on customer needs.

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

- Conduct regular client meetings and office visits.

- Maintain and develop the existing customer base.

- Work on leads provided by the company.

- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into successful sales.

- Achieve assigned sales and business targets.

- Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

Direct Sales & Lead Conversion:

- Handle company-provided leads and contact prospective customers.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.





- Follow up regularly with leads to maximise conversions.

- Close leads into successful sales.

- Drive individual sales performance and achieve assigned targets.

Customer Relationship Management

- Build solid relationships with new and existing customers.

- Maintain the existing customer base and encourage continued engagement.

- Conduct client meetings at offices and branches as required.

- Address customer requirements and provide appropriate assistance.
