Job Brief:- AU Small Finance Bank Limited is seeking a seasoned professional to join our Sales department as a Relationship Manager specializing in Current and Savings Accounts (CV & CE). This role demands a strategic individual with a deep understanding of financial products and services, exceptional client management skills, and the ability to drive business growth by nurturing and expanding client relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, identifying their financial needs, and delivering tailored banking solutions that align with the bank’s objectives and compliance standards. This position requires a proactive approach to market analysis, customer engagement,



and cross-functional collaboration to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets within the competitive financial services industry.

Responsibilities:-

- Develop and maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their banking needs and provide customized financial solutions.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of Current and Savings Account clients by identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling bank products and services.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis and risk assessment to ensure client suitability and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams including credit, operations, and compliance to facilitate seamless onboarding and servicing of clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on client portfolio performance, sales targets, and market feedback to senior management.
- Ensure adherence to all banking policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Lead client engagement initiatives, including organizing financial literacy sessions and promotional campaigns to enhance client retention and acquisition.




- Resolve client queries and issues promptly, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and trust.
- Participate in training and development programs to stay updated with the latest financial products, services, and industry regulations.
