Job Brief:- AU Small Finance Bank Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our Sales department as a Relationship Manager specializing in Current and Savings Accounts (CV & CE). This role is pivotal in driving customer acquisition, retention, and growth by managing and nurturing relationships with individual and corporate clients. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial products, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in sales within the financial services sector. This position demands strategic thinking, strong negotiation capabilities, and the ability to deliver tailored banking solutions that align with clients' financial goals while contributing to the bank's growth objectives.

Responsibilities:-

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to achieve sales targets for Current and Savings Accounts.
- Identify client needs and provide customized banking solutions, including cross-selling of relevant financial products and services.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead in the financial services market.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation, client engagement,



proposal development, to closure and onboarding.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as credit, operations, and compliance to ensure seamless service delivery and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and analyze portfolio performance, client feedback, and market trends to recommend improvements and strategic initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all banking regulations, internal policies, and risk management protocols while managing client relationships.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management on sales performance, client acquisition, and market insights.
- Participate in training programs and workshops to stay updated on the latest financial products, industry trends, and regulatory changes.
- Resolve client queries and issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
