Job Brief:

- AU Small Finance Bank Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our Sales department as a Relationship Manager specializing in Current and Savings Accounts (CV & CE). This role is pivotal in driving customer acquisition, retention, and growth by managing and nurturing relationships with individual and corporate clients. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial products, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales within the financial services sector. This position demands strategic thinking, solid negotiation abilities, and the capability to deliver tailored banking solutions that align with clients' financial goals while contributing to the bank's growth objectives.

Responsibilities





- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to achieve sales targets for Current and Savings Accounts.
- Identify client needs and provide customized banking solutions, including cross-selling of relevant financial products and services.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead in the financial services market.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and client onboarding to account maintenance and periodic reviews.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as credit, operations, and compliance to ensure seamless service delivery and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Monitor portfolio performance, analyze client feedback, and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Prepare detailed reports on sales activities, client interactions, and market trends for senior management review.
- Ensure compliance with all banking regulations, internal policies, and risk management protocols while managing client relationships.
- Participate in training programs and workshops to stay updated on the latest financial products, market trends,



and sales techniques.
- Represent the bank at industry events, seminars, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and build professional networks.
