Job Brief:- AU Small Finance Bank Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our Sales department as a Relationship Manager specializing in Current and Savings Accounts (CV & CE). This role is pivotal in driving the bank's growth by managing and expanding relationships with corporate and retail clients, ensuring their banking needs are met with tailored financial solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial products, excellent client management skills, and the ability to identify and capitalize on recent business opportunities within the financial services sector. This position demands a strategic thinker with strong negotiation capabilities and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service while adhering to regulatory compliance and risk management standards.

Responsibilities:-

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to promote the bank’s current and savings account products.
- Identify client needs and provide customized financial solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the bank’s deposit portfolio.




- Conduct detailed market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead in the financial services market.
- Collaborate with internal teams including credit, operations, and compliance to ensure seamless onboarding and servicing of clients.
- Monitor and manage client portfolios to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends to senior management.
- Lead negotiations and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and long-term partnerships.
- Organize and participate in client engagement activities, seminars, and networking events to enhance the bank’s brand presence.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior sales staff to build a high-performing team aligned with the bank’s objectives.
