Job Brief:- AU Small Finance Bank Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our Sales department as a Relationship Manager specializing in Current and Savings Accounts (CV & CE). This role is pivotal in driving customer acquisition, retention, and growth by managing and nurturing relationships with individual and corporate clients. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial products, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in sales within the financial services sector. This position demands strategic thinking, robust negotiation capabilities, and the ability to deliver tailored banking solutions that align with clients' financial goals while contributing to the bank's growth objectives.

Responsibilities:-

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to promote the bank’s current and savings account products.
- Identify client needs and provide customized financial solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively acquiring new clients and expanding business with existing customers.




- Conduct detailed financial analysis and risk assessment to ensure compliance with the bank’s credit and operational policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including credit, operations, and compliance to ensure seamless onboarding and servicing of clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and recommend product enhancements.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market insights to senior management.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal controls while managing client portfolios.
- Organize and participate in client engagement activities, seminars, and networking events to enhance the bank’s brand presence.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior sales staff to build a high-performing team.
