Job Brief:- AU Small Finance Bank Limited is seeking a energetic and experienced professional to manage and grow our business banking portfolio. This role involves building strong relationships with small and medium enterprises (SMEs), understanding their financial needs, and delivering tailored banking solutions to support their growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the financial services industry, excellent client management skills, and the ability to drive business growth while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This position plays a critical role in expanding the bank's footprint in the business banking segment by providing exceptional service and strategic financial advice.
Responsibilities:-
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective business banking clients to understand their financial needs and provide customized banking solutions.
- Identify and acquire new business clients by leveraging market insights and networking within the SME sector.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis and risk assessment to recommend appropriate credit products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams including credit, operations, and compliance to ensure seamless delivery of banking services.
- Monitor client portfolios regularly to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling of bank products.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance requirements in all client interactions and transactions.
- Prepare and present detailed business proposals and credit applications to senior management for approval.
- Track and report on key performance indicators related to business banking growth and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients.
- Resolve client issues promptly and maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
