Dear Candidate, We are hiring for the position of Premier Relationship Manager – 811 Channel with a leading private sector bank.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow a portfolio of 811 customers.
- Build strong and long-term relationships with customers.
- Drive customer engagement and ensure a superior banking experience.
- Cross-sell banking, investment, insurance, and wealth management products.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate financial solutions.
- Achieve assigned business, revenue, and portfolio growth targets.
- Ensure customer retention and deepen existing relationships.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1-5 years of experience in Banking, NBFC, Wealth Management, Financial Services, or Fintech.
- Strong sales and relationship management skills.
- Experience in handling customer portfolios and achieving business targets.
- Positive communication, interpersonal, and customer servicing skills.
