? Location: Noida Sector 4
? Role: Operations Executive
? Salary: Up to ₹20,000/month

What You’ll Do:
* Manage end-to-end Branch operations
* Ensure smooth appointment scheduling and therapist allocation
* Drive customer experience, ratings, and NPS
* Handle cash management, petty cash, rosters, and documentation
* Monitor machine health and maintenance




* Reduce cancellations, rescheduling, complaints, and absenteeism
* Conduct daily briefings and performance reviews with therapists
* Prepare RCA reports and operational insights for review meetings
* Improve employee retention and operational efficiency

What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Strong operational and team management skills
✔️ High ownership and problem-solving mindset
✔️ Ability to work in a fast-paced startup workplace
✔️ Excellent communication and coordination abilities
✔️ Experience in operations, retail, hospitality, healthcare, or service industries is a plus
