Pallette Productions Private Limited is expanding its exclusive live entertainment and talent management division. We are looking for a sharp, proactive, and articulate Artist Operations & Business Development Executive to drive client outreach, manage the bookings pipeline, and streamline day-to-day operations for our exclusive artist roster and live bands across corporate, wedding, institutional, and luxury hospitality circuits.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Outreach & Client Acquisition:

Conduct structured daily outreach via calls, email, and WhatsApp to event management agencies, wedding planners, corporate HR/Admin heads, college fest committees, and hotel F&B;/General Managers.
Pitch our exclusive solo performers and live band acts for upcoming event calendars, residencies, and private bookings.

Lead Tracking & Pipeline Management:

Maintain and update a centralized Master Tracker in Google Sheets logging lead sources, client budgets, proposed event dates, contact points, and scheduled follow-ups.
Maintain consistent follow-up rhythms to ensure zero drop-off on warm leads.





Meeting & Pitch Alignment:

Coordinate discovery calls and schedule in-person or virtual pitch meetings between prospective B2B clients and executive leadership.
Prepare client briefing sheets (venue profile, client history, sound requirements) prior to sales meetings.

Roster Coordination & Asset Management:

Maintain up-to-date artist press kits, technical riders, video showreels, rate cards, and profile links across shared cloud drives.
Track and manage artist availability calendars to avoid scheduling conflicts between regular residencies and high-value private or corporate dates.

Inquiry Qualification & Coordination:

Act as the first point of contact for inbound commercial booking inquiries.
Gather critical event specifications (guest count, staging/sound requirements, timings, budget expectations) before routing to internal management.
