Job Title: Field Executive

Job Summary:
The Field Executive will be responsible for executing on-ground sales and operational activities, generating leads, maintaining client relationships, and supporting business expansion initiatives. The role requires frequent field visits, coordination with internal teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field visits to generate leads and onboard potential clients.
- Execute sales and business development activities in assigned territories.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Promote company products/services including car detailing, coating, and PPF solutions.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations team for campaign execution.
- Provide product demonstrations and basic client education.
- Collect market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback.
- Ensure timely reporting of daily activities and performance.




- Support in event execution, activations, and Business Discovery Days.
- Maintain discipline in daily route planning and reporting (DCR).

- Daily/weekly lead generation targets:
- Conversion ratio and revenue contribution:
- Number of client visits and follow-ups:
- Territory coverage and expansion
- Customer satisfaction and retention

Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills:
- Basic sales and negotiation ability:
- Ability to work independently in field conditions
- Good understanding of automobile detailing industry (preferred):
- Problem-solving attitude and target-driven mindset

Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (preferred):
- 0-2 years of experience in field sales / operations:
- Freshers with a robust willingness to learn can apply
