Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items as per recipes and standards
- Support the Chef de Partie and kitchen team during service
- Ensure proper cleaning, cutting, and preparation of ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times
- Follow food safety standards and kitchen SOPs
- Ensure proper storage of food and ingredients
- Help in stock rotation (FIFO) and inventory control
- Work efficiently during peak hours and maintain consistency in quality

Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months - 2 years of kitchen experience (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic understanding of hygiene and food safety standards
