Role Description The Intern Customer Support role is a full-time remote position focused on assisting learners and clients who engage with PPStack’s digital education and career solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries via email, chat,
and other support channels, guiding users through platform features, and resolving basic technical or account-related issues. The intern will document common questions, escalate complex technical problems, and collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall support experience. They will help track customer feedback, contribute to FAQs and support resources, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service consistency across different time zones.
