Key Responsibilities-
Drive the full-cycle recruitment process for mid-level to senior lateral positions across multiple departments.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job boards, professional networks, and other relevant platforms.
Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements and company culture.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, gather feedback, and manage communication with all relevant stakeholders.
Maintain and regularly update the ATS with accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
Provide a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring and future hiring requirements.
Collaborate with HR and internal teams on offer negotiations, onboarding, and joining formalities.
Track and report key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, source of hire, and other relevant KPIs.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve and optimize recruitment processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, with specific experience handling mid-level to senior/lateral hiring.
Strong knowledge of candidate sourcing techniques, recruitment tools, and hiring platforms.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
