Job Summary
We are looking for a creative, analytical, and business-oriented Content & Marketing Strategist who can take ownership of our company's content strategy and significantly increase the visibility, reach, engagement, and brand presence across digital platforms.

The candidate will be responsible for understanding the different business verticals and group companies, developing customized content strategies for each, and ensuring consistent and meaningful communication across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, websites, and other relevant channels.

This is not just a content-writing role. We are looking for someone who can think strategically, identify opportunities, plan campaigns, create content ideas, coordinate execution, analyze performance, and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute an overall content and digital marketing strategy to increase company visibility and brand awareness.
Understand the objectives, target audience, products, and services of different business verticals/group companies.




Create separate content strategies and calendars for each business vertical.
Plan content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, websites, blogs, newsletters, and other relevant platforms.
Develop ideas for reels, videos, carousels, posts, articles, blogs, case studies, interviews, thought-leadership content, and campaigns.
Create content that positions the company and its leadership as credible experts in their respective industries.
Develop solid storytelling around businesses, projects, achievements, clients, people, products, and success stories.
Identify trending topics, industry conversations, and content opportunities that can improve organic reach.
Build and manage a monthly/weekly content calendar with clear objectives and deliverables.
Work closely with designers, video editors, social media executives, sales teams, and leadership to execute campaigns.
