Key Responsibilities
• Drive revenue growth by managing sales of high-value programs with an average ticket size of
USD 4,000+.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 10 to 15 Sales Counselors, ensuring consistent achievement
of sales targets.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize conversions and improve team productivity.
• Monitor sales performance through KPIs, dashboards, and regular performance reviews.
• Coach and train team members on consultative selling, objection handling, and closing
techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Admissions, and Operations to
optimize the sales funnel.
• Ensure adherence to sales processes, quality standards, and customer experience benchmarks.
• Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and business reviews for leadership.

Job Summary




We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager / Business Manager – B2C Sales to lead
our Doestic sales operations for premium online education programs, including MS, AI, Online
DBA, and Data Science offerings. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing
high-performing B2C sales teams, owning revenue targets, and driving business growth in a
Domestic setting.

Candidate Profile
• Experience: 5 to 7 years in B2C sales, with significant experience in team management.
• Proven experience leadingsales teams
• Demonstrated success in managing high-ticket B2C sales with strong revenue ownership.
• Strong people leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
• Prior experience in the EdTech, Higher Education, Online Learning, or Executive Education
industry is highly preferred.
