Role Description This full-time, on-site Preschool Teacher role is based in Sion and focuses on delivering high-quality early childhood education aligned with Mindseed’s personalized learning philosophy.



The Preschool Teacher will design and implement daily learning experiences, including lesson plans and activities that support skill development, curiosity, and social-emotional growth in young children. Responsibilities include observing learners closely, documenting progress, and using data and insights to tailor instruction to individual needs. The role involves collaborating with other educators to refine curriculum, maintaining a secure and engaging classroom setting, and partnering with parents through regular communication and feedback. The Preschool Teacher will also participate in ongoing training and professional development to continuously improve teaching practices and contribute to Mindseed’s evolving educational model.
