The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, acquiring clients, building strong relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities for digital marketing services.
Acquire new clients through LinkedIn, Upwork, email outreach, networking, referrals, and other sales channels.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable digital marketing solutions.
Promote services including:
SEO
Google Ads / PPC
Meta Ads
Social Media Marketing
Website Development
Content Marketing
Graphic Designing
Performance Marketing
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and sales calls.
Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and service agreements.
Follow up with potential leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.




Build and maintain robust relationships with clients.
Coordinate with internal marketing and technical teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client communication.
Required Skills
Minimum 1.5+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
Experience in a Digital Marketing Agency will be an added advantage.
Good understanding of Digital Marketing services.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
Experience with LinkedIn, Upwork, email outreach, and other lead-generation platforms.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Basic knowledge of CRM and sales pipeline management.
