We are looking for a proactive Interior Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day execution of residential interior projects across multiple sites. The role involves coordinating with contractors, vendors, and the design team to ensure timely and quality project completion.

Key Responsibilities

Visit project sites daily and monitor execution progress

Coordinate carpentry, laminate, polishing, painting, electrical, and installation works

Track labour attendance and productivity

Verify measurements before execution

Ensure materials are available before work starts

Maintain execution timelines and report delays

Share daily progress updates with site photos

Coordinate with vendors and contractors

Support quality checks during finishing stages

Assist in project handover readiness

Requirements:




2-5 years experience in residential interior site supervision

Solid knowledge of carpentry and finishing workflow

Ability to read interior drawings

Experience handling multiple sites simultaneously preferred

Must own a two-wheeler for site visits

Good communication and reporting discipline (WhatsApp updates required)
