About Ignis Careers
Ignis Careers is an education-focused organization working to bridge the global skills gap by helping learners develop practical and meaningful skills beyond rote learning.
For over 11 years, Ignis has partnered with schools, colleges, livelihood programs, and nonprofits to create engaging, student-centered learning environments. We have supported more than 12,400 teachers, 1,100 institutions, and 364,000 children across Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Odisha, and New Delhi.
Our programs include English & Life Skills Labs, English for Employability, STEM in Schools, Early Childhood Learning, Social-Emotional Learning, Job Readiness, and Workplace Communication. We also work with NGOs and CSR initiatives on research, training, and capacity-building programs to improve learning outcomes.
About the Role
We are looking for an English & Life Skills Facilitator to conduct engaging and interactive sessions for school students. The role focuses on developing students' English communication, life skills, confidence, critical thinking,
and social-emotional skills through activity-based and learner-centered methods.
The facilitator will work closely with schools and the Ignis team to deliver quality sessions, understand student needs, track progress, and continuously improve their teaching and facilitation skills.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct interactive English and Life Skills sessions for students.
Use activity-based and learner-centered teaching methods instead of rote learning.
Encourage students to participate, communicate, and express themselves confidently.
Prepare lesson plans and maintain session and student records.
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Build a positive and supportive classroom environment.
Work closely with school teachers and the Ignis program team.
Attend regular training and career development sessions.
Support curriculum improvement and program-related activities when required.
