Alps Venture Partners is a boutique corporate finance firm founded by ex-Big 4 professionals and IIT graduate. We offer business valuations for financial reporting, tax compliance and transaction advisory services. We have significant client base in US, South East Asia and India and looking forward to expand our delivery team in India.

Role Description :

We are looking forward to candidates interested in business valuation profession in high paced workplace.
The work will mostly involve review and engagement of IRC 409a valuations, Purchase Price Allocation/ Business Combination, Goodwill impairment, portfolio valuations, complex security valuations etc.
Responsible for the part and entire project delivery cycle of information gathering, industry research, valuation analysis, report preparation, audit support etc.
Salary will be better than the industry standards.
The role is ideal for candidates who have recently graduated or have 0–3 years of experience in valuation.
Hybrid work format (work from home primarily till further notice)



with occasional meets based on client and team requirements

Candidate Requirements :

Highly proficient in Excel and word. Good PowerPoint skills is a bonus. Knowledge of working with Capital IQ, etc. will be an advantage.
Experience in valuation modeling, industry and market research, report preparation, audit support etc.
Experience in IRC 409a valuation, Impairment testing, PPA/Business Combination, complex security (monte carlo simulations) etc. preferred.
Candidates from NCR are preferred or have to relocate to NCR.
Candidates with CA Final completed and must have completed CA Articleship
B.Com/ MBA fresher from premier institutes
Business valuation experience candidates (0-3 years experience)
