Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Kanayannur. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue current partnerships with universities, training centers, and employers, while nurturing and expanding existing relationships. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and meeting potential partners, presenting Emversity’s solutions, negotiating agreements, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver on partnership commitments.



The role also involves conducting market research, preparing sales reports and forecasts, tracking performance metrics, and representing Emversity at events and meetings to enhance brand visibility. The ideal candidate will work closely with leadership to develop regional growth strategies and achieve revenue and partnership targets.
Qualifications
Demonstrated ability in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in education, training, or HR services.
Robust skills in relationship building, stakeholder management, and partnership negotiation.
Experience in market research, pipeline management, and using CRM or similar tools to track leads and outcomes.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers and influence outcomes.
Strong organizational and planning abilities, including managing multiple opportunities and meeting targets and deadline
