Responsibilities

Hands-on experience with PagerDuty platform
Solid understanding of:
Incident Management & IT Operations workflows
Alerting and escalation strategies
Experience with:
Monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Splunk, Nagios, etc.)
Logging and observability platforms
Familiarity with:
REST APIs & integrations
Webhooks and event-driven systems
Knowledge of:
Linux/Windows environments
Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Good-to-Have Experience in SRE / DevOps environments
Scripting knowledge:
Python / Shell / PowerShell
Understanding of:
CI/CD pipelines
Automation tools (Terraform, Ansible)
Exposure to ChatOps tools (Slack, MS Teams integration)
SRE Agent
RunBook Automation
