We are seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist to support the end-to-end sales order process by validating information, coordinating with support teams, raising requests, and ensuring timely order progression. The role focuses on delivering an excellent customer experience, maintaining data accuracy, supporting sales operations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet service levels and business objectives.What you’ll do

Review and validate order information received from sales teams.
Coordinate with support teams to facilitate productive order delivery and issue resolution.
Liaise with stakeholders across the sales process to ensure activities are completed within agreed service levels.
Support a customer-centric experience by ensuring queries and issues are addressed effectively.
Provide operational support to Sales and Delivery Operations teams when required.
