Skills & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for receiving Vehicles, understanding service/repair needs, preparing job cards, coordinate with technical team, ensure timely delivery with complete customer satisfaction.
- Record customer complaints accurately and prepare Job cards in the DMS.
- Provide service estimates (Cost& Delivery time) & Get customer approval before Work starts.
- Inform Customers about job status, additional work requirements & Actual delivery timing.
- Brief Technicians on job details, complaints and special instructions.
- Monitor Work progress to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with Parts dept for required parts availability & Ordering of Non-Available parts.
- Proficient in dealership DMS (OEM-specific portals) & Computer Systems and MS Office.
- Must have strong communication, interpersonal, technical understanding and customer relationship skills. Ability to act as a key link between customers and the workshop.
- Must have 2-5 Yrs Work Experience as Service Advisor in Auto dealer,



Positive tech’ knowledge of vehicle systems/maintenance & Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. A valid Commercial Vehicle Driver License is preferrable.
- Conduct joint Inspection with customers during vehicle reception and delivery.
- Ensure that all repair and service jobs are completed as per manufacturer’s STDs.
- Perform final inspection, Confirm all JCC are resolved, Handover Vehicle to Customers.
- Explain the work carried out, billing details and future maintenance advice to the customer. Handle customer feedback/complaints promptly and professionally. Keep regular contact with customers to build long-term relationships.
- Promote value-added services, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) and service campaigns.
- Ensure accurate job card entries, labor operation coding and billing details. Maintain proper records of service follow-ups and pending jobs.
