Role Description The Manager – Publisher Partnerships & Ad Sales is a full-time, hybrid role based in Gurugram. This role focuses on identifying, onboarding, and managing publisher partners, ensuring successful integration of Gamified’s solutions into their user journeys.
The manager will drive ad sales by building and nurturing relationships with advertisers, crafting proposal decks, negotiating commercial terms, and overseeing the delivery and optimization of campaigns. Day-to-day responsibilities include pipeline development, market research, coordinating with product and operations teams for seamless implementations, monitoring performance metrics, and preparing regular reports and insights for internal and external stakeholders. The role also involves representing Gamified in industry meetings and events, gathering feedback from partners, and contributing to the continuous improvement of the platform and go-to-market strategy.
