Role Overview

You are responsible for running the store smoothly every day.

From operations to backend systems to supporting events—
you make sure nothing slows down.

What You’ll Do

1. Store Operations (Primary):
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning
- Coordinate with kitchen + front staff
- Handle rush hours and solve issues instantly

2. Backend & Systems:
- Manage Petpooja and Uengage
- Ensure orders are received and processed correctly
- Update menu, pricing, and availability

3. Order Flow Management:
- Monitor incoming orders
- Ensure zero missed or delayed orders
- Coordinate with team for timely execution

4. Issue Resolution:
- Identify and fix operational or system issues
- Coordinate with support teams when required
- Ensure quick resolution

Events & Initiatives:
- Support planning and execution of events
- Take initiative in finding opportunities
- Assist in on-ground setups

What We’re Looking For
- Reliable and responsible
- Fast and solution-oriented
- Comfortable with both store and backend work
- Familiar with Petpooja / Uengage (preferred)
- Good communication skills
- Based in Hyderabad

What This Is NOT
- Not a desk job
- Not a limited-scope role
- Not for someone who avoids responsibility

Success Looks Like
- Store runs without friction
- Orders are smooth and error-free
- Systems are always updated
- Events are executed well

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
