Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive / Manager who can drive customer acquisition, partnerships, and revenue growth.

This is a high-impact role involving:
- Direct sales
- Channel development
- Marketing execution
- Customer engagement

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Generate and close leads for smart home products and solutions:
- Build partnerships with:
- Builders & real estate developers
- Electricians & system integrators
- Retail & distributors
- Conduct product demos and client meetings
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle (lead → conversion → after-sales)

Marketing & Growth
- Execute local and digital marketing campaigns:
- Manage social media and promotional activities




- Support Amazon / online sales growth
- Create robust positioning around:
- Make in India
- Data privacy & security
- Independent smart home ecosystem

Customer Engagement
- Understand customer needs and recommend solutions
- Build long-term relationships with clients
- Collect feedback and support product improvement

Required Skills:
- Strong communication & sales skills:
- Ability to pitch and close deals:
- Basic understanding of digital marketing:
- Self-driven, startup mindset
- Willingness to travel for client meetings

Preferred Background
- Experience in:
- Smart home / IoT / electrical / electronics
- Consumer durable / home automation sales
- Real estate or B2B sales
