Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Server & Network Management:
- Manage and maintain servers, networks (LAN/Wi-Fi), and data backups
- Ensure uninterrupted network connectivity across all departments
- Hardware & System Maintenance:
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to computers, printers, and peripherals
- Install, configure, and upgrade systems as required
- Software Management:
- Ensure smooth functioning of billing/POS and operational software
- CCTV Installation & Maintenance:
- Handle installation, monitoring, and maintenance of CCTV systems
- Ensure proper recording, storage, and backup of surveillance data
- Technical Support:
- Provide timely technical support to staff
- Handle breakdowns and urgent IT issues efficiently
- Security & Data Protection:
- Implement and maintain antivirus, firewall,



and data security systems
- Ensure regular data backup and recovery processes
- Vendor Coordination:
- Liaise with external vendors for IT services, AMC, and repairs
- Ensure timely servicing and maintenance

Required Skills:
- Robust knowledge of networking, servers, and system administration
- Hands-on experience in CCTV installation and troubleshooting
- Proficiency in hardware troubleshooting and repair
- Familiarity with Windows OS, networking tools, and IT security
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking ability

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
