The project:
This is a complex, large scale, mission critical project working with an amazing client organisation and talented Mace team. This project will be of incredibly high-quality standards in a heavily regulated environment, suiting people with similar project experience that operate with the highest integrity and professionalism.
You’ll be responsible for:
Leads Electrical within MEP delivery with robust direction, protected working practices and rigorous programme, quality and commissioning control.
Provides expert guidance, promotes Safety First and embeds best practice, digital and sustainability principles.
Builds trusted partnerships with clients, consultants and trade contractors to drive coordinated outcomes.
Shapes procurement, design reviews and delivery strategies to meet scope, budget and sustainability goals.




Manages high performing teams, driving continuous improvement, risk mitigation and net zero ambitions.
You’ll need to have:
Degree qualification is essential with 15-20 years experience.
Advanced technical expertise across design, construction, planning and commercial management.
Full construction delivery life-cycle experience, in complex, highly regulated or mission critical projects is essential.
Strong communicator with proven stakeholder and leadership capability.
Professionally qualified in a relevant discipline or membership.
