Job description:

Koott™—the leading mental health platform for Malayalees—is looking for a Consultant Psychologist to join our team. At Koott™, you will provide expert mental health support to a diverse group of clients, helping them navigate emotional and behavioral challenges through qualified guidance and evidence-based interventions.

Responsibilities:

Conduct psychological assessments to evaluate clients' mental and emotional well-being.
Provide therapy sessions using various evidence-based approaches.
Collaborate with psychiatrists and counselors to ensure holistic care.
Develop and implement self-help strategies to empower clients.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in psychology and mental health practices.
Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
Requirements:

Master’s degree in Psychology (Clinical/Counseling).
Strong knowledge of therapeutic methods and psychological interventions.




Excellent communication skills to build trust and explain psychological concepts clearly.
Ability to assess symptoms, diagnose conditions, and provide tailored treatment plans.
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to mental health care.
Experience in conducting therapy sessions online.
Proficiency in Malayalam is a must.
