Key Responsibilities (Field Sales Focus)
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and referrals
- Meet potential and existing clients in person to understand their IT requirements
- Present and demonstrate IT solutions (hardware, software, cloud, cybersecurity) to customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients for long-term business
- Coordinate with OEM partners and internal technical teams for solution design and proposals
- Prepare and deliver quotations, negotiate deals, and close sales
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct regular follow-ups and client visits to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales pipeline in CRM
- Stay updated on partner products and market trends
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, IT, or related field preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in field sales / IT sales:
- Good understanding of IT products and enterprise solutions (preferred)
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel and meet clients regularly
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Ability to handle client meetings independently
