CNC Technician | Apollyon Dynamics Private Limited
Location: Hyderabad (Joining Immediately)

About the Role:
We are looking for a CNC Technician to run in-house machining for our unmanned aerial platforms. You will work directly with the design team to take parts from CAD to finished component, with responsibility for accuracy, repeatability and surface quality. This is a hands-on shop-floor role in a fast-paced R&D; setting, with shift-based working.

Responsibilities:
• Convert CAD models into machine-ready G-code, including toolpath strategy, tool selection, feeds and speeds
• Set up, operate and maintain high-end CNC machines (3-axis and above)
• Machine components in aluminium, steel and composites to drawing tolerances
• Perform surface finishing operations and ensure parts meet specified finish requirements
• Inspect finished parts using standard metrology tools and correct deviations at source
• Maintain tooling, fixtures and machine health; flag consumable and spares requirements




• Work with the design team on manufacturability feedback before parts are released

Requirements:
• Hands-on experience operating high-end CNC machines in a production or prototyping environment
• Ability to generate and edit G-code from CAD models using CAM software
• Strong practical machining knowledge across materials, tooling and workholding
• Familiarity with surface finish standards, Ra values and finishing processes
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T;
• ITI, Diploma or equivalent in Mechanical or Production Engineering
• Willingness to work in shifts and in a fast-paced, R&D-driven; environment
• willingness to join as soon as possible

Good to Have
• Experience with 5-axis machining
• Exposure to aerospace or defence component manufacturing
• Experience machining composites or thin-walled structures
