We are looking for a skilled Pharmacist to join our energetic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing pharmacy operations, ensuring accurate dispensing of medications, managing inventory, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. You will also play a key role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting the growth of our pharmacy within a startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Dispense medications accurately and provide professional guidance on their use.
- Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers.
- Train and mentor junior pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Drive innovation and process improvements within the pharmacy.
