Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Key Account Manager based in Mumbai. The Key Account Manager will oversee strategic relationships with key customers, ensuring consistent service levels, timely order fulfillment, and proactive issue resolution.



The role involves developing and executing account plans, identifying growth opportunities, and coordinating with internal teams such as sales, supply chain, and finance to meet customer requirements. The Key Account Manager will monitor market trends and customer performance data, prepare regular sales and performance reports, and support pricing, contract negotiations, and product portfolio optimization for key accounts. The position also requires frequent customer meetings, product presentations, and collaboration with technical teams to align solutions with client needs in the food and nutrition ingredient space.
