We're looking for a Lead Automation Specialist to design, build, and optimize automated lead generation and nurturing workflows. You'll be the architect of our outreach engine—managing everything from email campaigns and lead sequencing to integrations and performance optimization.



This role is ideal for someone who loves solving complex problems with no-code automation tools and has a passion for driving results through data.

Campaign Design & Execution
Build and manage multi-step cold email sequences and campaigns
Develop lead qualification workflows and automated follow-up sequences
Test and optimize subject lines, email copy, and send timing for maximum engagement

Platform Management
Oversee the setup and optimisation of sales engagement tools and outreach platforms such as Smartlead, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Clay, including email account configuration, domain management and deliverability optimisation.
Set up Smart Automate workflows with conditional logic and multi-channel triggers
Configure lead sourcing strategies using prospect databases and intent signals
