No staged walkthroughs. Just real market knowledge, told well.

We're growing fast and we need someone who can help us tell that story visually.

What You'll Be Doing:
Shooting walking property tours — founder on camera, moving through DLF buildings and neighbourhoods, talking market data. Think run and gun, not studio setup.

Following the founder with a gimbal through Golf Course Road, DLF Phase 5, and other Gurgaon locations — capturing real conversations, real buildings, real moments.

Shooting B-roll — building exteriors, interiors, neighbourhood context, phone screens with data, street level detail.

Editing short form content — Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. 60-90 seconds. Fast cuts. Subtitles. Natural colour. No heavy grading. Same day or next day turnaround.





Posting and optimising content — understanding what performs on Instagram and why.

What We're Looking For:
Someone who shoots and edits — both. We're not looking for two people.

Comfortable with a gimbal — DJI RS3 or similar. Stabilised walking shots are the core of what we do.

Short form obsessed — you watch Reels and Shorts not just for entertainment but to understand why they work. You notice the hook, the pacing, the cut points.

Fast editor — a 90 second reel should take you 3-4 hours maximum from raw footage to final cut.

Based in Gurgaon — or willing to relocate. We shoot on location, regularly.

Portfolio of short form work — Reels, Shorts, walking videos, talking head content. Not wedding films. Not corporate brand videos.

Brownie Points If You:
Have shot real estate content before — but haven't been limited to the standard luxury walkthrough style.

What We Offer:
₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month based on experience and engagement model.
