We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Demand Generation Manager to lead end-to-end pipeline generation initiatives for USA & Canada Markets. This role is responsible for driving awareness, lead acquisition, and revenue growth through integrated marketing campaigns, while closely partnering with Business Development and Sales teams. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in multi-channel demand generation, funnel optimization, and aligning marketing efforts directly with business outcomes.

We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Demand Generation Manager to lead end-to-end pipeline generation initiatives for USA & Canada Markets. This role is responsible for driving awareness, lead acquisition, and revenue growth through integrated marketing campaigns, while closely partnering with Business Development and Sales teams.

Responsibilities

Need experienced candidate with BPM cum Digital, GEN AI (Preferred) background in creating leads, fixing meeting appointments (Online and in person)



for our Sales staff in NA across key vertical industries such as TTH – (Travel, Tourism, Transport, shipping, logistics, gaming, gambling, hospitality), Utilities and Energy, Telecom, Retail/ ecommerce, Healthcare and manufacturing.
They should be self-sufficient to create a good pipeline for sales qualified leads through past client connects/ past assignments, managing data base, enriching incomplete data etc. Positive experience on Sales Navigator, zoom, Lusha for tracking prospects and leading Sales CRM.
BPM to be chased GENPACT, TP, Infosys, Capgemini, Task Us, Hugo, CNX, Hexaware, Tech M, Sutherland, Alorica, Ttech, First source.
Hands on for calling NA clients base and planning and running an email campaign independently.
If they have good network of rain makers and business consultants helping us land with RFP’s , RFQ’s and back door entry – an added advantage.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field
