Job Role:
We are hiring a Lab Chemist (Fresher) for our electroplating department in a copper component manufacturing unit. The role involves supporting chemical analysis, maintaining plating bath parameters, and ensuring quality standards in the plating process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform chemical testing and analysis of electroplating solutions
- Monitor and maintain bath composition, pH levels, and chemical balance:
- Support quality inspection of plated components
- Maintain lab records, reports, and documentation:
- Ensure proper handling and storage of chemicals:
- Follow safety, environmental, and EHS guidelines
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of laboratory analysis and testing procedures:
- Basic understanding of electroplating processes and technologies:
- Fundamental knowledge of metallurgy and chemistry:
- Familiarity with electroplating equipment and basic maintenance:
- Ability to troubleshoot electroplating issues:
- Knowledge of chemical handling, storage, and safety practices:
- Basic understanding of water treatment and effluent treatment processes
Requirements:
- B.Sc. (Chemistry ) / Diploma in Chemical:
- Freshers can apply
- Basic understanding of lab work / chemicals (preferred):
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment:
- Positive learning attitude and attention to detail
Salary: ₹ As per company norms
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
