About the Role

This is a voice-based inside sales role offering global exposure, performance-driven incentives, and career growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with clients in Urdu.
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with international clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend tailored solutions.
- Convert qualified leads into paying clients using consultative selling techniques.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, lead tracking, and follow-ups.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales, revenue, and conversion targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients.
- Conduct virtual consultations and follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction.
- Represent Datacore with professionalism, cultural sensitivity, and persuasive communication.

Requirements:
- 2-8 years of experience in Inside Sales, International Telesales, Outbound Calling, Voice Process, BPO Sales, or Client Acquisition.




- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, Urdu and Punjabi is mandatory.
- Proven ability to close deals and handle objections effectively.
- Goal-oriented, disciplined, and self-motivated with strong follow-up skills.
- Comfortable working night shifts (8:30 PM - 5:30 AM IST), 5.5 days/week.
- Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong willingness to learn are welcome.
